{"id":465,"date":"2026-03-14T00:21:35","date_gmt":"2026-03-14T00:21:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elmensajeromx.com\/?p=465"},"modified":"2026-03-14T00:21:35","modified_gmt":"2026-03-14T00:21:35","slug":"fiscalia-de-veracruz-lleva-ante-la-justicia-a-presunto-responsable-del-delito-de-homicidio-doloso-calificado-en-ixtaczoquitlan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elmensajeromx.com\/?p=465","title":{"rendered":"Fiscal\u00eda de Veracruz lleva ante la justicia a presunto responsable del delito de homicidio doloso calificado en Ixtaczoquitl\u00e1n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Xalapa, Ver., 13 de marzo de 2026.- Como resultado del trabajo de investigaci\u00f3n ministerial, la <strong>Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Veracruz, a trav\u00e9s de la Fiscal\u00eda Regional C\u00f3rdoba,\u00a0 judicializ\u00f3 el caso de Luis Alfonso \u201cN\u201d<\/strong> por su presunta responsabilidad en el delito de <strong>homicidio doloso calificado<\/strong> en el municipio de <strong>Ixtaczoquitl\u00e1n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con las investigaciones, los hechos ocurrieron el 8 de septiembre del 2025 en el <strong>Camino Viejo a Cuautlapan<\/strong>, perteneciente a este municipio de Ixtaczoquitl\u00e1n, cuando Luis Alfonso \u201cN\u201d, presuntamente accion\u00f3 un arma de fuego en contra de la v\u00edctima.<\/p>\n<p>Dentro del <strong>proceso penal 350\/2025<\/strong>, polic\u00edas ministeriales cumplimentaron la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n emitida por la autoridad judicial y posteriormente en audiencia inicial, <strong>el juez de control legaliz\u00f3 la detenci\u00f3n<\/strong> y despu\u00e9s de ser imputado, impuso como <strong>medida cautelar prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado reitera su compromiso <strong>de investigar y llevar ante la justicia a quienes cometan delitos que atenten contra la seguridad de las familias veracruzanas.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Xalapa, Ver., 13 de marzo de 2026.- Como resultado del trabajo de investigaci\u00f3n ministerial, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Veracruz, a trav\u00e9s de la Fiscal\u00eda Regional C\u00f3rdoba,\u00a0 judicializ\u00f3 el caso de Luis Alfonso \u201cN\u201d por su presunta responsabilidad en el delito de homicidio doloso calificado en el municipio de Ixtaczoquitl\u00e1n.
