{"id":3682,"date":"2026-05-08T03:47:53","date_gmt":"2026-05-08T03:47:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elmensajeromx.com\/?p=3682"},"modified":"2026-05-08T03:47:53","modified_gmt":"2026-05-08T03:47:53","slug":"dictan-prision-oficiosa-a-presunto-homicida-en-tatahuicapan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elmensajeromx.com\/?p=3682","title":{"rendered":"Dictan prisi\u00f3n oficiosa a presunto homicida en Tatahuicapan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Xalapa, Ver., 7 de mayo de 2026.- Como resultado de las <strong>investigaciones ministeriales<\/strong> y <strong>acciones coordinadas de seguridad,<\/strong> la <strong>Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado,<\/strong> a trav\u00e9s de la <strong>Fiscal\u00eda Regional Coatzacoalcos<\/strong>, report\u00f3 la<strong> vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso<\/strong> otorgada por la <strong>autoridad judicial<\/strong>, en contra de <strong>El\u00edas \u201cN\u201d<\/strong> como presunto responsable del delito de <strong>homicidio doloso calificado.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Durante la audiencia de continuaci\u00f3n, el <strong>\u00f3rgano jurisdiccional<\/strong> determin\u00f3 que existen datos de prueba suficientes para establecer su probable participaci\u00f3n en los hechos ocurridos el <strong>14 de febrero del 2024<\/strong> cuando El\u00edas \u201cN\u201d presuntamente priv\u00f3 de la vida a la v\u00edctima.<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, la autoridad judicial dict\u00f3 la medida cautelar de <strong>prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa, <\/strong>dentro del<strong> proceso penal 136\/2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Con estas acciones, la <strong>Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado<\/strong> reafirma su <strong>compromiso de trabajar de manera permanente en la procuraci\u00f3n de justicia, garantizando que ninguna conducta delictiva quede impune y asegurando el cumplimiento de la ley para fortalecer la paz y la seguridad de las familias veracruzanas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Xalapa, Ver., 7 de mayo de 2026.- Como resultado de las investigaciones ministeriales y acciones coordinadas de seguridad, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado, a trav\u00e9s de la Fiscal\u00eda Regional Coatzacoalcos, report\u00f3 la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso otorgada por la autoridad judicial, en contra de El\u00edas \u201cN\u201d como presunto responsable del delito de homicidio doloso calificado.
