{"id":2018,"date":"2026-04-13T23:02:16","date_gmt":"2026-04-13T23:02:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elmensajeromx.com\/?p=2018"},"modified":"2026-04-13T23:02:16","modified_gmt":"2026-04-13T23:02:16","slug":"caen-tres-presuntos-secuestradores-en-operativo-en-boca-del-rio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elmensajeromx.com\/?p=2018","title":{"rendered":"Caen tres presuntos secuestradores en operativo en Boca del R\u00edo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Como resultado de <strong>acciones operativas y de investigaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, elementos de la <strong>Unidad Especializada en Combate al Secuestro y la Extorsi\u00f3n<\/strong> (UECS), en <strong>coordinaci\u00f3n <\/strong>con la <strong>Polic\u00eda Ministerial y la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica Estatal<\/strong>, detuvieron en flagrancia a <strong>Jos\u00e9 Gabriel \u201cN\u201d, Jorge \u201cN\u201d e Ismael \u201cN\u201d<\/strong> como presuntos responsables del delito de<strong> secuestro agravado.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En seguimiento a estas acciones, las personas detenidas fueron <strong>puestas a disposici\u00f3n del \u00f3rgano jurisdiccional<\/strong> correspondiente y se llev\u00f3 a cabo la <strong>audiencia inicial.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En dicha audiencia, el<strong> juez legaliz\u00f3 la detenci\u00f3n<\/strong> y la <strong>Fiscal\u00eda formul\u00f3 la imputaci\u00f3n<\/strong> correspondiente en contra de los se\u00f1alados por su presunta responsabilidad en hechos ocurridos el <strong>9 de abril<\/strong> en la<strong> colonia Adalberto Tejeda<\/strong> en el municipio de <strong>Boca del R\u00edo<\/strong>, en donde<strong> fueron liberadas las v\u00edctimas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, la instancia judicial dict\u00f3 la <strong>medida cautelar<\/strong> de <strong>prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa<\/strong> y se estableci\u00f3 el 17 de abril para la celebraci\u00f3n de la audiencia de continuaci\u00f3n, en el marco del <strong>proceso penal 147\/2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Con estas acciones, la <strong>Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado<\/strong> reitera su <strong>compromiso de garantizar que ning\u00fan acto delictivo quede impune, actuando siempre con estricto apego para fortalecer la confianza de la sociedad veracruzana.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Como resultado de acciones operativas y de investigaci\u00f3n, elementos de la Unidad Especializada en Combate al Secuestro y la Extorsi\u00f3n (UECS), en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Polic\u00eda Ministerial y la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica Estatal, detuvieron en flagrancia a Jos\u00e9 Gabriel \u201cN\u201d, Jorge \u201cN\u201d e Ismael \u201cN\u201d como presuntos responsables del delito de secuestro agravado.
